Privacy policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Yes& collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers this website and the enquiries that come to us through it.

Who we are

Yes& is a trading name of Yes And Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14002960). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@yesandworld.com.

What we collect

There is no enquiry form on this site and we do not buy contact lists.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page visited, the site you arrived from, your country, and the type of device and browser you used. It stores nothing on your device, does not build a profile of you, and cannot follow you to other websites. We see totals, not individuals.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, to discuss and deliver work, and to keep proper business records. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or the performance of a contract where we are working together. We will only send you marketing if you have asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, and only so far as they need it. Some of those providers are based outside the UK, in which case the transfer is covered by the safeguards set out in UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to work we have delivered are kept for seven years, in line with our accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email hello@yesandworld.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
